DJ Vagnetti, PE is a licensed Professional Engineer and solo water resources consultant based in Puerto Rico. He is the founder of Land & Watersheds, a practice specializing in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, drainage design, stormwater management, and site improvement for residential, commercial, and municipal clients across Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. With deep expertise in Puerto Rico's karst terrain and years of post-hurricane recovery work, DJ brings senior-level engineering to every project with no hand-offs to junior staff. He holds a graduate degree from the University of Miami .
